Mind Your Own Damn Business!

Okay on 3rd day of diet and healthy living and I gotta tell you it sucks! Boy, what I would give for a cheeseburger and fries right now! I'd cut a bitch for one! Watching my porton control and incorporating more fruits and veggies in my diet. I'm trying to at least exercise an hour day if I can help it. I found this was much more effective on my weight loss last year so I have to stick by that! I also goaling myself to do an extra half hour depending on time constraints and how motivated by them.

Other than that I wanted to use this opportunity to blog about random thoughts particularly with people who feel it is necessary to bother other strangers when they should be minding their damn business. Case in point was when I was taking public transportation to work and some crazy, motormouth broad decided to converse with me about random crap I can careless about in her life. Yeah, this bitch is from the south and I get the whole southern hospitality thing but lady you're in California now and no one gives a flying fuck about your sad pathetic life. NO I DO NOT WANT TO HELP YOU! NO I'M NOT GONNA LEND YOU MY CELLPHONE SO YOU CAN FIND AN APARTMENT! NO I DON'T HAVE A PEN SO YOU CAN PICK UP ANOTHER RANDOM STRANGER AND GET THEIR NUMBER! NO! NO! NO!

Jesus people there is a reason why I am antisocial and distrustful sometimes. I JUST HATE PEOPLE! So lady who was bugging the shit out of me when I was simply wanting to read my book. MIND YOU OWN DAMN BUSINESS!

The Battle of the Bulge (The Introduction)

Okay this has been my umpteenth time I've attempted blogging about my weight and after my last visit with the doctor I've received some distressing news. I'VE GAINED IT ALL BACK! Well not exactly all of it. Last year, my heaviest was 218 lbs and I successfully dropped down to 168 lbs which in essence was a total of 50 lbs. Not bad for someone who cared less if they were fat or not. Understand I'm a foodie by nature so it took so much work in eating healthy and exercising that I'm proud of what I accomplished.

However like many weightloss individuals, keeping the weight off is the most difficult challenge. Sure, I exercise on a daily basis but add to it the disgusting fatty foods that I ended up going back and you get a molotav cocktail of loaded calories, high cholesterol, and greasy fats. In my head, I thought I could go back to adapting to a healthier lifestyle but four months of laziness on my part sent me back to reality!

Currently I'm back to 202 lbs and been put back on blood pressure medication. All of which makes me disappointed in myself. Determined as ever to get back on track, I'm going to use this blog to share my experiences. Hopefully, I can provide other readers with some ideas to incorporate in their own healthy lifestyle. For me, it is all about getting refocused.

So come along on my journey as I do this?
