A Little Cheating Never Hurt Anyone
Who said cheaters never prosper? Well they do if they want to gain weight and be a likely contestant on the Biggest Loser. This week I was on track then I fell off the wagon and ate more calories than I should have but damn it was so good. Potato chips, a big fat sandwich, pasta galore! Okay, I'm already feeling regret but I'm going to get over this hurdle and get back on my diet and exercise regiment. I have to. Wish me luck!

Oww My Leg!
Well I overdid it yesterday on the treadmill and pulled a thigh muscle. My leg is killing me like a motherfucker and is hindering me from really getting a good workout. I did go over slighly on my calorie count. (I just had to have a plate of pasta! Sue me!) But I figure it will even out in the end. I ended up walking for 45 minutes and even though I got some decent sweat, it would be nice if my leg didn't act up but at least I'm being active.
I'm debating whether or not to post a before and after pic of myself. Let's get one thing straight. I do not feel comfortable showing my stomach. Hell, I don't even feel comfortable taking off my shirt. I'm still debating. Maybe I will. Maybe I won't. Who knows.
Okay here's the current stats on my weight. BMI 28. Goal is to be 24 by the end of this year. Weight starting at 202 lbs. So I won't make myself crazy. I'll weigh myself at the end of the month to where my progress is.
